I am looking for an item that is not listed on your site.

Please contact our customer service team on 0845 177 543 and we will look to see if we have this in physical stock. We have items coming into stock on a daily basis.

Do i have to pay VAT?

All orders made from the UK or the European Union are subject to 17.5% VAT. This is included in the price shown. The VAT invoice will be sent with your order. The VAT will also rise to 20% on the 1 JAN 2011.

Can i place my order over the phone?

This is no problem at all. Please contact 0845 177 543.

Prices and Information

While we do our best to ensure that the prices and the technical specifications we quote on our web site are correct and up to date, we cannot guarantee that they are. Should there be any variation in price while your order is being processed, we will contact you to make you aware of these variations and confirm your acceptance. If a price of an item goes down between when you post your order and when we send our confirmation of your order, you will only be charged the lower price.
